A Disappointing Experience
During our stay, the air conditioning failed, which was unbearable during hot summer days. The room cleaning was inadequate, with missing towels and a lack of attention to detail. Staff appeared unhelpful, repeating claims of repairs without any resolution. not worth the price paid.

Suitable for couples seeking a cozy retreat
The staff were helpful they even organized a shuttle for us from the airport which was super convenient. Plus the coffee on the rooftop was always fresh and the view was just lovely.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the amenities provided.

The Triple Room was spacious and really clean, which was a nice surprise. the bathroom was large and had a strong shower. The daily cleaning service kept everything fresh. But, the sound from the passing tram could be a bit annoying during the day, though it wasn’t an issue at night. the stay was comfy and relaxing.

my stay was fantastic at flower palace. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all major attractions like the blue mosque and grand bazaar. the room was spacious and clean, easily exceeding my expectations, especially the helpful staff and fast wifi.

Couple's cozy escape
Spent 8 nights there with my family and gotta say the location is fantastic easy access to all main landmarks we wanted to see. The staff was like family always ready to help even got us a shuttle from the airport.
It was a bit pricey but the comfort and cleanliness were worth it.
