Flower Palace Hotel - Istanbul

the staff took us to the taxi stand when we were lost. the a/c was loud.

The reception man Erskin was very polite and helpful . And he smile all time.

Very noisy, too small rooms, breakfast not so good, the breakfast-room was in a basement

Hotel well situated, helpful staff, def good for a budget hotel in the historc area of Istanbul

We loved exploring the vibrant streets nearby, hitting all the must-see spots in just a short stroll. Plus, the rooms were roomy and had fantastic showers-perfect for our large family after a long day of sightseeing!

My wife says that having more breakfast options would help families.

Fairly clean hotel with very, very nice staff with a very kind receptionist.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, very good room and bathroom. Excellent shower pressure. Location could not be better to see old town sites.

The hotel terrace was not open due to construction and they did not inform us of that when we booked. Would like real coffee with breakfast instead of instant.

A Disappointing Experience

The air conditioning failed, unbearable during hot summer days. The room cleaning was inadequate, with missing towels and a lack of attention to detail. Staff appeared unhelpful, repeating claims of repairs without any resolution. Not worth the price paid.

Ideal hotel with very good and magnificent location adjacent to getting to the major attractions. Unobtrusive staff with a very kind receptionist, cheap superior twin room.

clean and gorgeous accom with marvellous location close enough to all the major historical sites, the center of fatih district, and tram going to sulthanmet. superior twin room as in the photos.

It was just a fitting option for a fleeting moment in Istanbul with very good value for money. The staff brought me extra bed sheets when I asked, a small but appreciated gesture. Look for quieter areas nearby to avoid the tourist chaos.

I like the location of the hotel,double room size is okay, but the triple is small for 3 persons stay.the receptionest staff are frindly and cooperative ,but cleaning the room done only twice during our 7 days stay.

The breakfast place is in low ground and small and you feel hot,i wish they can transfere to 7th floor soon,

The accomodation was very clean and brand new. Me and my wife have been in Honneymoon and they've prepared the room specially for the occasion. That was so nice and we loved! The staff is incredibly friendly and the location is nice and good to walk around Old City Istambul! Highly recommended hotel!!!

Suitable for couples seeking a cozy retreat

The staff were helpful they even organized a shuttle for us from the airport which was super convenient. Plus the coffee on the rooftop was always fresh and the view was just lovely.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the amenities provided.

Flower Palace is centrally located a short walking distance to most sightseeing points in Istanbul (Blue mosque, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar). Public transport like main Tramway line, Eminoenue ferryboat pier and bus station are just around the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Engin Bey at the reception. Good breakfast choice with fresh omellettes every morning. The rooms are big, fully equiped. Roof top terrace (unfortunately under renovating construction, but hopefully finished soon) with a spectacular bosporus view.
